We at HappyLecture (together with our affiliates, “HappyLecture”, “we”, “our” or “us”) respect your privacy and are strongly committed to keeping secure any information we obtain from you. This Privacy Policy describes our practices with respect to the personal data (“Personal Data”) we collect from or about you when you use our website at https://happylecture.com (the “Site”), our web application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

HappyLecture uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) to help students generate notes from lecture videos and slides. We offer a hybrid Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) pricing model with different tiers:
1. Free: 2 notes (one-time), up to 30 minutes per audio upload
2. Flex (pay-as-you-go): $0.99 per 5 notes, usage-based notes, up to 60 minutes per audio upload
3. Standard (monthly subscription): $9.99 per month, 30 notes per month, up to 180 minutes per audio upload.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to content that we process solely on behalf of third parties under separate contractual arrangements. In those cases, our use of that data will be governed by the applicable agreements.

If you have any questions, you can contact us at hi@happylecture.com.
